Join the Mississippi Total Rewards Association (MTRA) for our official kickoff event!

A relaxed, social gathering designed to bring Total Rewards and HR professionals from across Mississippi together.

Come meet the MTRA board, connect with fellow professionals, and learn more about who we are, our affiliation with WorldatWork, and what we’re building for Mississippi’s Total Rewards community.

We’ll share a look at what’s ahead, including upcoming networking opportunities, professional development, membership, ways to get involved, and how MTRA plans to support and connect Total Rewards professionals across the state.

This won’t be a day of long presentations or a traditional conference setting. Instead, expect good food, meaningful conversations, new connections, and an opportunity to help shape what comes next.
