About Mississippi Total Rewards Association

 

Mississippi Total Rewards Association (MTRA), founded in 2026, is a local network

affiliate chapter of WorldatWork. WorldatWork is a global, nonprofit organization

dedicated to advancing the Human Resources and Total Rewards Profession through

compensation, benefits, work life balance, and recognition. Serving Human Resources

and Total Rewards professionals throughout the state of Mississippi, MTRA provides a

community where members can connect, learn, and grow together.


MTRA was established to serve as an information resource to Mississippi’s Total

Rewards community by hosting regular educational programs, networking events, and

professional development opportunities that keep members current on trends,

regulations, and best practices in total rewards. Though primarily focusing on Total

Rewards, the organization caters to all levels and specialties of Human Resources

professionals ranging from analysts to executives by offering resources and

relationships to help advance careers and elevate organizations’ people strategies.


MTRA is proud to be part of the broader WorldatWork network, bringing world-class

content and certification pathways such as CCP and CBP to our local members while

fostering the kind of peer connection that only a hometown community can offer.
